Looking for personal training in your own private environment without distractions or others. This is a great choice. All sessions are 60 minutes including a 10 minute total body stretch.  Noted: All sessions will expire after 1 year of purchase if not used. (No Exceptions)

Get your groove back in a group setting, great music and  fun environment? Come join us at our Fitness Boot Camp group class today. Based on a 60 minute of high intensity, agility, core, strength building and gut melting exercises. Of course the last 10 minutes of this session is a cooldown and stretch.

Requirements: Meet a minimum of 2 times per week for 6 weeks. Classes are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00pm and and Saturday at 8:00am. Noted: All sessions will expire after 6 weeks no exceptions.

A doctor's approval is necessary before embarking on any of our training programs. All appointments are to be made in advance before each session. Notification of cancellation must be given (via text or email) 24 hours prior to the training session. There will be a charge for the session if less than 24 hour notice. Note: All prices are subject to change at any time. All payments are final and no refunds (Only exception are medical conditions). Most training packages expire after 1 year after of purchase or as noted.
