"Jab!" "Punch!" and "Kick!" Kickboxing is one of the most popular and intense workouts around. Kickboxing is an easy way to lose weight, burn lots of calories and get stronger. You burn an average of 500 calories an hour (some estimate to reach 810 calories). It targets your arms, shoulders, core, thighs and butt in one workout. "Beware all hands on!" No stationary bags. Requirements: Meet a minimum of 2 times per week for 6 weeks. All sessions will expire after 6 weeks no exceptions.

We hope it helps you save and empowers you to strive for success not only physically, but mentally. "We salute you!" Requirements: Must show student or military ID to qualify. All sessions must be used in 8 weeks or will expire, no exceptions.

The Unlimited training package is meant for those who are looking to get a bigger bang for their buck. You can be personal trained up to the maximum of 5 times per week for 4 weeks. Training days are Monday thru Saturday. This training package expires in 4 weeks, no exceptions.

Looking to improve your flexibility? Now you can in just 1 day. The Fitness Police understands the importance of maintaining muscle flexibility as a key component for overall health and fitness. We use the PNF stretching style which means; Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching. This is a set of stretching techniques commonly used in a clinical environments to enhance both active stretching and passive range of motion in order to improve motor performance and aid rehabilitation. PNF is considered an optimal stretching method when the aim is to increase range of motion, especially as regards to short-term changes. All sessions will expire in 1 year if not used, no exceptions.

In need of a impromptu workout? Going to be in the St Paul, Roseville or surrounding area? Now you can stop by at The Fitness Police, "On The Fly!" Just call in advance to set up an appointment. "Why miss a workout when you don't have too!" All appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Times may vary or change day by day.
